A digital incident can be any number of things from the planning of a murder or act of terrorism to identity theft or cyber bullying.

Digital incident response can have a huge impact on users and on business. This is a short journey through the most common types of digital incidents, the risks to the user and the business and ways to mitigate against those risks.
